PhD SUPERVISION

Enquiries from prospective PhD students are welcome. Please contact Dr Ward directly to discuss. Of particular interest are topics surrounding the relationship between explicit/conscious and implicit/unconscious memory, and changes in these forms of memory with age. Projects seeking to understand the effect of factors such as attention, processing style, context, and temporal expectation on memory are also welcome. Projects can involve solely behavioural methods, or a combination of behavioural and EEG measures.  

MSc BY RESEARCH SUPERVISION

Enquiries from prospective students wishing to undertake a research MSc, often as the first step towards a PhD, are welcome. Broad staff expertise and techniques mean that a range of topics within the cognitive neuroscience domain are available, and further information can be found here.
